Introduction
Choosing the right university is one of the most critical decisions a student can make. In this article, I will share my personal experience, both positive and negative, with Amity University Noida. This will help prospective students make an informed decision about whether Amity Noida is the best fit for them.
Positive Aspects of Amity University Noida
Overall Environment and Facilities:
The Amity University Noida campus offers a vibrant and supportive environment. The presence of a diverse group of students from different backgrounds enriches your learning experience. Academics, extracurricular activities, and social life all contribute to your overall development as an individual.
Negative Aspects of Amity University Noida
While there are positives, my experience also highlighted several issues that might be a concern for prospective students.
A Lack of Quality in Education: I found that the BBA in International Business with Artificial Intelligence program focused more on gimmicks than actual education. The curriculum seemed incomplete, and I had to rely on self-study to grasp concepts related to AI.
Faculty Shortcomings: Most of the faculty, except for a few exceptional teachers, were either incompetent or absent mid-semester. Faculty changes were frequent, and even when they did teach, they often rushed through the material.
Academic Integrity: The examination process was harsh and inflexible. Peers who have less attendance may face debarment, and there is no leniency even in exam failures. The fees are quite high, yet there is no guarantee of a good placement or final position in reputable companies.
Conclusion and Recommendation
Based on my personal experience, Amity University Noida is a mixed bag. While the campus offers a vibrant environment and opportunities for personal growth, the quality of education and support for students is questionable. Choosing Amity University Noida means you might have to navigate challenges that other institutions might handle more effectively.
Prospective students should carefully consider their options and research thoroughly before making a decision. If you value a robust academic curriculum and personalized support, other institutions might offer a better fit.
