Ive solved a major portion of the Cengage Mathematics books, and although its theory is exceptionally good, it can be a bit vast. The book leans more towards the JEE Advanced level, which might be a con for those primarily preparing for the WBJEE.
One of the plus points of the Cengage Mathematics book is the plethora of questions it offers, including Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), subjective questions, and a series of archived IIT-JEE questions. It also includes introductory exercises that often include questions from NCERT textbooks, which provide a solid foundation and basic understanding. The book also comes with a Daily Problem Practice (DPP) book, which is ideal for revision in the later stages of your preparation.
For Vectors and 3D, the Cengage book is undoubtedly the best on the market. Every topic is comprehensively covered, and extraneous material is minimized, making it highly recommendable.

The level of questions in WBJEE is similar to that of JEE Main, which means if you are preparing for JEE, you do not need to prepare separately for WBJEE. However, for those targeting WBJEE exclusively, adhering to the standard books included in the WB Boards Syllabus, such as S.N. De for Mathematics, would be highly beneficial.
Mathematics is an entire paper, so pay special attention to it since it carries 100 marks. If you are from either ISC or CBSE, your school books should suffice.
