As of now, there are tentative signs of hope with the vaccine rolling out, possibly starting in early spring. This presents a potential opportunity for schools to incorporate some level of in-person instruction, even if only for a portion of the time. However, the decision to shift to hybrid or hybrid models is not a straightforward one. Many states and districts are considering whether it is worth the effort to facilitate in-person learning for just one quarter.
The Elite School Exemption
