Dreams Turning into Reality: A Journey of Personal Evaluation and Transformation

I was working as a manager in Syndicate Bank for 27 years, until 2000. By that time, the bank's workload had significantly increased, and my career was not progressing as I had hoped. I was considering a transfer to a remote part of North India due to my responsibilities towards my second child, who was in intermediate and high school. However, I couldn't resign because of my family's financial responsibilities.

This generous offer included an additional Rs 10 lakhs along with my normal retirement benefits of Rs 10 lakhs and a monthly pension of Rs 6000.
