Teaching has been my life's work for over 25 years, and during that time, I have encountered a plethora of teaching methods that have constantly evolved. From the traditional lecture-based teaching to the more modern flipped classroom and experiential learning, each method has its unique strengths and challenges. Discuss the basics and concepts of the topic on the board. Explain the relevance of the topic to their future job or business career prospects. Work out one illustration on the board step by step for three repetitions. Discuss potential twists and turns of exam questions, providing practical examples. Assign classwork and offer guidance when needed. Assign homework and have students present problems in class.

This method has proven to be effective in ensuring that students understand the concepts thoroughly and can apply them in practical situations.

Common Teaching Methods and My Experience

Lecture-Based Teaching

Lecture-based teaching is a traditional method where the teacher presents information to students through spoken word. While it is efficient in conveying large amounts of information, it can be passive and might not engage all students effectively.
