Introduction to My Writing Journey

I've been dabbling in writing since elementary school, a time when I was probably a better creative writer than I am now. I still enjoy rhyming and writing poetry. When I write, I often use it as a creative outlet to express my feelings in a constructive manner. Writing helps me to process emotions without letting them all out at once.

My First Poem and Diary

One of the memorable moments in my writing journey was when I penned my very first poem in grade 4. My teacher had assigned us to submit something for our school magazine, and I read that poem to my mother. She neither responded positively nor negatively, which made me dismiss it and never share it with anyone. However, I continued to maintain a diary filled with quotes and began a journaling process by documenting the blooming of the first flower in our plant.

On September 29, 2021, I sat down to write a poem that flowed naturally. It was a day when I had been storing poems in my head and let them out on paper. Without much effort, I completed the poem in minutes. I believe anyone, even those who are single, can prepare delicious and nutritious meals under 15 minutes with no help required. With busy lives, people often neglect their health and the food they eat. Skipping breakfast or eating heavy breakfasts after a long night can negatively impact one's body.

Just as a phone needs to be charged periodically to function optimally, our bodies need regular nourishment to stay healthy. Without proper food intake, our bodies cannot operate at their best. Every morning, we should start our day with a hearty breakfast to provide our bodies with the energy needed for the day ahead.
