Sir/Mam, I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the reopening of CRP-RRB IX Officer Scale 1 and Office Assistants exams of IBPS PO 2020 and RRB PO 2020, and its unfairness to candidates who have already appeared in the exam in September 2020 like me. Here are some reasons why I feel it's injustice to the existing candidates:

When I appeared in the exam, I was totally unaware of the change in interface and that slowed my speed, whereas new candidates can practice on that interface and can perform better. I got less time for preparation compared to new candidates who will get 3 months more than me to prepare. So, it is going to enhance their performance which will ultimately affect me and other previously appeared candidates. I appeared in the exam during the peak time of the pandemic and faced a lot of difficulties to reach the center of examination as transportation was not fully operational, and that created a lot of mental pressure and financial burden on me. In spite of the unfavourable situation, I gave the prelims exam and was eagerly waiting for the mains exam to happen but the decision taken by IBPS to reopen the registration window and postponing the mains exam by three months is really disturbing and depressing for me.
