MIGRATION RULES
A student from any other University recognized by Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology or from a Board of Examination other than the Board of School Education Haryana will be eligible for admission to the GJU only upon producing a migration certificate or transfer certificate. Here are the details:
July 1 - September 30: The migration certificate is required to be submitted within this period. If it is submitted after this date, a late fee of Rs. 400/- will be applicable.
October 1 - October 31: The early submission window for those unable to submit the document within the initial period. A late fee of Rs. 400/- will be applicable if submitted during this period.
November 1 - November 30: The university allows a further extension with a late fee of Rs. 500/- if deemed necessary by the Vice-Chancellor.
In exceptional cases, the Vice-Chancellor may allow further extension, subject to payment of a late fee of Rs. 500/-, until November 30 of the year of admission.
