NPTEL, National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning, is a platform for online courses in science, engineering, finance, mathematics, and more. Offering courses from IIT professors, NPTEL has a vast repository of educational materials. I have recently completed the Project Management for Managers course as part of their curriculum, and I am excited to share my experience with you.

The Project Management for Managers course at NPTEL is designed to provide essential skills and knowledge for individuals in management roles. Here’s a quick overview of what I went through:

To earn a certificate from NPTEL, participants need to achieve an overall score of at least 40. This score is determined by averaging the marks obtained in assignments and the online exam. Additionally, participants who score between 60 to 80 receive a special tag: the Gold Medal or Elite Tag, signifying their distinguished performance. This structure ensures a comprehensive assessment of both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
For those who complete the course and meet the certification requirements, NPTEL provides their mark sheets and certificates. It's important to note that the icing on the cake is the opportunity to engage with IIT professors, known for their expertise and clarity in teaching.
